UPDATES/NEWS
- Please work with your child daily on letters, sounds, sight words, writing their name, counting, recognizing numbers, and one-to-one correspondence. Book Baggies are sent home on Monday and should come back to school on Friday. The books and recording sheet initialed by you, should be returned in the baggie. ( Please keep them at home until Friday) To make one year's growth in reading, kindergarten students need to be at an independent level "C" by the end of the school year. It is very important to have your child practice letter recognition and sounds, read daily and practice sight words. Setting a reading routine will greatly benefit your child.
PLEASE make sure you have familiarized yourself with the information found in your child's Binder. The ABC of Kindergarten and the Important Information page.

- Technology never ceases to amaze me! I know life can get a bit hectic when children are involved in many activities, so I would like to implement a tool called Remind 101. This is a text reminder application that will allow me to periodically send classroom and school reminders via a text message. To participate, simply text 81010 with the message @krazyk3. I want to assure you that you will not receive advertisement texts and your phone number will remain PRIVATE. You may choose to opt out at any time by messaging “stop” to the above number.
Thank You!!
